This I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) olive oil comes from the first pressing of Tuscan olives which have been picked and pressed in accordance with the Tuscan Consortium Discipline.


Each bottles is numbered which allows the Consortium to track the product right back to the olive grove where the olives were grown.
